Confidentiality
Ad Litteram agrees to treat any information relating to visitors and clients with total confidentiality.
Privacy
Ad Litteram does not collect personal data from visitors to its premises, unless these visitors fill in different forms. The data collected on these occasions is treated in accordance with privacy laws, in force since 1 September 2001 governing the way data relating to people is collected, stored and used. All visitors have right on written request, to access, correct and update personal details as well as the right to request that they be deleted.
Non-divulgence of information
Unless granted official or legal authorisation, Ad Litteram agrees not to divulge any information relating to its clients including, mainly but not exclusively, certificates, request for certificates, information, drawings, material, samples, expertise, systems, demonstrations, reports, business plans.
Ad Litteram recognises and accepts that all rights relating to information entrusted and communicated by the client are the sole property of the latter.
